Code of Conduct

modefinance's Code of conduct is currently in review.

The last version, edited in June 2016, is based on IOSCO's Code of Conduct Fundamentals for Credit Rating Agencies proposed in March 2015.

In this version, modefinance decided to include in its own Code of Conduct all provisions indicated by IOSCO Fundamentals, even if some of them are specifically designed for credit rating agencies that issue solicited ratings or structured finance ratings. With reference to the model proposed there are no other substantial deviations to report from 2015 version of IOSCO Code.
